Lindsay (centre) trained at Dundee College before commencing his career with a local hotel where he worked his way up to the position of Head Chef. In recent years he moved to work as Head Chef with a well-known group of restaurants in the area.
With over 20 years of experience, Lindsay has built up his reputation in Angus and is well recognised for his talents in his field. Last year he challenged himself with opening his first restaurant in Angus and over the following 12 months has successfully secured his life-long ambition.
Lindsay is supported by his Sous Chef, Evan (left) and his assistant chefs, Margo and Yolanta. Both have extensive experience and are sure to deliver food to a high standard. Lindsay is further supported by the Restaurant Manager, Allison (right in picture).
